  • Charter agreements are executed via DocuSign e-signature.
  • Payment is handled directly with an EZ Jet representative via bank transfer or credit card (American Express or other approved methods).
  • No services are guaranteed until a signed agreement and confirmed payment are received.

3. Membership and Fees

While EZ Jet does not offer traditional subscriptions, a yearly access fee of $1,000 USD applies to eligible clients.
This fee grants access to exclusive booking tools, promotions, and concierge support.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Communications and Messaging

Users may communicate with EZ Jet through private chat, email, or phone correspondence.

  • Users cannot post, upload, or publicly share content on the Website.
